Happy Birthday Mom

Fun fact: Rich and I were planning on eloping 3 months before our wedding date. I felt like I had seen so many weddings and experienced so many of the traditions that I didn’t need it for myself. I was wanting something different. We had it all planned out and basically had everything ready to go besides buying our flights. When I went a tried on my dress I broke down and realized that I couldn’t do it without my mom there. 

In a matter of a week, we changed our plans, contacted our favorite vendors and made the change. 3 months later we were getting married right here in OKC in front of our loved ones. I wouldn’t change it for the world. It allowed me to have special moments just like you see in the pictures that I wouldn’t have gotten had we eloped. Every single wedding is different and unique in its own way. Go with what your gut is telling you because you will not be disappointed. .

Also it is my moms birthday so that is why I’m reminiscing on my wedding photos. .

Mom, you are seriously the best. You are the reason I am the person I am today. I am forever thankful that I get to experience this life with a mom like you. Thanks for being my best friend, my business partner, my discount finder, and my mom. Happy birthday.
